Our Story
After over 40 years in the oral healthcare industry, both as a practicing dentist owning a profitable small business and as the Executive Director of a state-wide nonprofit dental association, I've turned my passion for helping others into a consulting company that can help the oral healthcare leaders of tomorrow.
From developing Custom Dental Practice Leadership Programs based on the specific challenges of each unique dentist to helping practicing dentists with retirement plans and the buying, selling and merging of practices, I enjoy building a relationship with other people in the oral healthcare industry who need guidance and a safe space to work through business challenges and opportunities.
